These terms govern our text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS from Tryton Norber LLC as described below.

1. Introduction

Tryton Norber LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate about account activity, service updates, reservations, invoices, and support. We may disclose Personal Data to third parties that help provide the messaging service (e.g., platform providers and carriers) and to our affiliates, subject to this policy. All such disclosures exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Purpose of SMS Notifications
What we send
Reservation confirmations, reminders, and updates
Account and billing notices, including invoice alerts
Maintenance, operational, and safety notifications
Support follow-ups related to your active requests
3. Opt‑In and Consent
  • By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the number.
  • You consent to receive recurring automated texts (SMS/MMS). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies but is generally 1–5 messages per week.
4. Opt‑Out and Help

To stop receiving messages, reply with any of: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive a final confirmation message.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

6. Privacy and Data Security

We use your data only to operate the messaging service, process payments, manage reservations, and communicate about your account. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers as needed to deliver texts and with third parties as required by law. We do not share SMS opt‑in data, consent, or mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain SMS-related data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described or to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Afterward, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Compliance

Our practices are designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, including clear opt‑in/opt‑out instructions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your provision of a number not owned by you or your failure to notify us of changes to your number.

10. Participation Requirements
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Own a wireless device capable of two‑way messaging.
  • Be a subscriber to a wireless service with text messaging capabilities (not all carriers support this service).
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

By using our SMS service, you agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis through binding arbitration and waive the right to a jury trial or class action, to the extent permitted by law.
