How much do your chassis weigh?

Tare weight is stamped on the VIN plate and varies by unit. Call or check the spec sheet in the portal for the exact figure on a specific chassis.

Do you have chassis for specific container types?

The 20/40/45 combo handles mixed container sizes with one unit. If you run one length exclusively, the 40 ft tandem is lighter and quicker to hook up.

What safety features do your chassis include?

ABS brakes, LED lighting, and DOT-required reflective tape. We check running gear at pickup and return, so a bad light or worn brake gets caught before it's your problem.

What are your hours for pickup and return?

Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:00, closed on posted holidays. We don't run weekend or after-hours pickup.

What's included in the price?

Routine maintenance (tires, brakes, lights, landing gear), plus mobile service calls and inspection records. Impact damage, road hazards, theft, and unauthorized repairs aren't covered.

Do you require a deposit or insurance?

Yes to both. We need proof of auto liability, general liability, and cargo insurance with us as certificate holder, plus a security deposit set at registration.

Can I reserve a chassis ahead of time?

Call or reserve in the portal once you're registered. Same-day pickup works if a unit's already in the yard, but reserving holds it for you.

What maintenance do you handle?

Tires, brakes, suspension, lights, and frame-related wear and tear, plus inspections aligned with FMCSA and DOT. Impact damage, road hazards, theft, misuse, and unauthorized repairs aren't covered.

What happens if a chassis breaks down while I'm using it?

Call us or open a ticket in the portal. We run mobile service around the Houston metro and get someone moving the same day.

Do your chassis meet DOT and port standards?

Yes. Every chassis meets DOT safety regulations and Port of Houston Authority requirements. We inspect and maintain on that schedule throughout the rental.

Do you provide documentation for compliance?

Yes. Inspection reports, maintenance records, and compliance certificates are kept per unit and available whenever you ask, in the portal or by request.
