Frame 01

Axles and brakes

Chamber condition, slack adjuster travel, airline chafing.

Frame 02

Wheel ends

Tread depth, sidewall damage, hub oil, lug torque marks.

Frame 03

Rear lights and tape

Every lamp lit, tape intact, bumper straight and mounted.

Frame 04

Landing gear

Crank turns freely, legs level, shoes and braces sound.

Damage that first appears in the return set is charged to that rental. Damage in the pickup set is ours.

Compliance

DOT, insurance, and records

We follow FMCSA and DOT rules for intermodal chassis. Units stay insured, and we keep the paperwork on each one.

The inspection sheet in the cab covers all of this.

Check before you pull

Lights, tires, brakes, landing gear fully retracted, pin locked.

Report a defect the day you find it

A small fault found early is a mobile repair. Found late it is a roadside call.

Respect the ratings

Overweight loads go on the combo. The tandem is rated for legal weight only.

Photograph what you find

Send it with the unit number. It speeds the diagnosis and settles later questions.

Before any repair

Call us first, even if a shop is closer or your driver is already there. On a lease we arrange the repair and we pay for it. Work you arrange yourself is reimbursed only if we agreed to it beforehand.
